On Monday Abi turned 5! Can't be possible I think that 5 years ago today I was an emotional wreck. My baby was not learning to nurse I felt like a failure. I also didn't want to use formula, who could afford that? Certainly not a graduate student making so little. We have come so far. Now she is a thriving 5 year old in Kindergarten excelling at most all she tries.
Abi has wanted a guitar (her own size) for about 2 years now. Jeff got her a guitar for her birthday. Whenever Eli touches it she says "No, Bubba. You can have one when you're 5."
She is a gem.
